This is the most widely used of our services. Most industries employ their own staff the year round to meet their minimum labour requirements. When volumes of trade increase, temporary staff and equipment are brought in for the short term and an hourly rate is charged per worker. When the peak time has passed, or contracts are completed, then the temporaries can be de–hired decreasing overheads immediately.
This is an introductory service, MBC will source a candidate as per your requirements and job description from our database, or through advertising or headhunting, then we will interview, reference check and then present the candidate for your approval. Once the candidate is hired we will simply invoice an all-inclusive introductory fee.
