OUR BACKGROUND
MBC has been providing temporary labour since 2002. We have had significant success in supplying companies both with large volume of workers and filling permanent position. However, in the past few years we have observed a drastic change in the nature of recruitment. More and more agencies are competing for mass business without having the workers interest at heart. The strong competition means lower pay rates which results in the worker stagnation, no room for progression and in work poverty. We feel this is not a good work practice for neither the worker nor hiring employer
WHY WE GOT INTERESTED IN ETHICAL RECRUITMENT
The main trigger for us was Brexit and the uncertainty which it brought. No longer will we be able to rely on seemingly endless supply of migrant EU workers. This is why MBC has started to look for alternative labour solutions and partners, who share the same core values. During 2019 we have partnered up with Social Bite and Grown Your Talent to help us suceed on our mission.
OUR AIM
is to work with individuals, who posses the following 3 attributes: reliability, loyalty and can do attitude. We aim to asses their skills and personal situation and help them to become the best version of themselves, which can only benefit future employers and society.
In order to make it possible we need to find and work closely with like minded employers, who appreciate quality over quantity and are interested in growing and developing future talent.In partnership with Grow Your Own Talent there is an in work progression model to suit most industry sectors.
